Thai Airways Adds New Japan Routes
Thai Airways International (THAI) is to add a new route to Japan and increase frequencies on seven of their international routes from October 31 to March 26, 2011.
Thailand's national airline carrier will launch a new daily service from Bangkok to Tokyo (Haneda Airport), and increase the frequency of the route from Bangkok to Nagoya from seven to 10 flights per week. The route from Bangkok to Fukuoka will increase from five to seven flights per week.
Frequencies on the Bangkok to Kolkata route will increase from five to seven flights and the Bangkok to Mumbai from seven to 14 flights.
For mid to longhaul routes, THAI will increase the Bangkok to Moscow service from three to four flights a week, the Bangkok to Sydney service from 14 to 18 flights a week, and the Bangkok to Oslo service from five to seven flights a week.
