Passengers may also purchase their tickets through ticket sales counters at airports, at Buriram, Surin in Mae Sot, Tak, and the airlines’ London office through cash or credit card.
Passengers flying Thai Regional Airlines to any of its destinations are allowed to change their travel itinerary from 3 days and up to 72 hours prior to their flight’s departure with a BHT500 charge for each change: flight date, name change, or destination. Changes in flight details can be requested via the airlines’ customer service center, at its Bangkok office, or directly at the airport.
Passengers wanting to charter a private flight through Thai Regional Airlines to any destination within Thailand can do so and enjoy the carrier’s competitive pricing, considered less expensive compared to other airline companies due to its lower operating costs.
